D-J-Qualls

Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is a fashion model and actor American actor. Following his fame-making performances in Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow the actor was featured in over 20 feature movies including The Core. Also, he's appeared on 22 television shows, including Breaking Bad Supernatural scrubs lost Law & Order among others. Qualls who was diagnosed at age 14 with Hodgkin lymphoma is an incredibly tough fighter. After two years of treatment, the cancer was cured. His body was severely affected by the treatment and his development was slowed down. As he was raised in poor circumstances, he was determined to achieve financial stability. When he was interviewed, he mentioned that if I don't achieve the financial security or feel out of control in the world, I'll feel miserable. He also looks back at his youth and hopes to take action on the problem of bullies. He says "Cruelty causes pain to my soul." His ideal role in film and in his life is that of father. But, he admits that the directors rarely choose him for these kinds of characters. One day he'd like to become a father and be able to spend much less time and energy to his profession and more to his child.
